Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how 904Web collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit 904web.com, create an account, use the customer portal or website builder, communicate with us, or purchase services.
1. Information we collect
Account and contact information
We collect information such as your name, email address, username, account credentials, business name, contact details, and communications with 904Web.
Project and website information
We collect the information you submit to plan or build a website, including business descriptions, services, target customers, requested pages, features, design preferences, colors, content, automation requirements, existing website URLs, change requests, approvals, and project status.
Files and media
We collect files you upload, such as logos, photographs, graphics, documents, and other materials used to plan or produce your website. You should upload only content you are authorized to use.
Billing information
Payments are processed by Stripe. 904Web receives transaction information such as the selected plan, payment status, Stripe customer or subscription identifiers, and limited billing details needed to administer your account. 904Web does not directly receive or store your full payment-card number through Stripe Checkout.
Technical and activity information
We may collect IP address, browser and device information, login activity, page views, portal tabs, button clicks, checkout status, project saves, preview activity, approval events, and error information. Our event tracking is designed to measure product usage and diagnose service problems, not to record passwords or payment-card numbers.

4. AI-assisted features
When you use AI features, your prompt and relevant project information may be sent to configured AI and cloud service providers to generate a response. Do not submit sensitive personal information, payment-card data, medical records, passwords, government identification numbers, or confidential third-party information through AI prompts. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before publication or business use.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain projects and business records, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type. You may request account or project deletion, but certain billing, transaction, security, backup, and legal records may be retained where permitted or required.
7. Your privacy choices and rights
You may access and update much of your information through the customer portal. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You will not be discriminated against for exercising an applicable privacy right. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.

8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information based on its nature and sensitivity. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password and protecting access to your account.
9. Children’s privacy
904Web is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided information to 904Web.
10. External services and links
904Web projects and pages may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Stripe and other service providers may collect information directly from you under their own privacy notices.
